One’s destiny is activated, when one chants the Lord’s Name, through perfect good fortune.

Fruitful is that moment, O Nanak, when one obtains the Blessed Vision of the Darshan of the Lord of the Universe. ||1||

Its value cannot be estimated; it brings peace beyond measure.

O Nanak, that time alone is approved, when my Beloved meets with me. ||2||

Tell me, what is that time, when I shall find God?

Blessed and auspicious is that moment, and that destiny, when I shall find the Lord of the Universe.

Meditating on the Lord, twenty-four hours a day, my mind’s desires are fulfilled.

By great good fortune, I have found the Society of the Saints; I bow and touch their feet.

My mind thirsts for the Blessed Vision of the Lord’s Darshan; Nanak is a sacrifice to Him. ||15||

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

The hukamnama today is by Satguru Arjan Dev Ji in Jaitsree raag on Ang 709 of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji.

Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj, the lord of all martyrs, speaks today in the Jaitsree raag. Guru ji starts of with saying, Bhaavee udot karnaN.  That means your destiny is udot, is woken up, your destiny is awakened. How? Har ramnaN sanjog poornah. If you ramnan , if you meditate upon the Hari, name of Waheguru, name of Hari, sanjog poornah through great fortune, great sanjog, gopaal daras bhaytaN safal naanak so mahoorteh. Guru Arjan Devji says: Oh Nanak! That mahurat hai, that moment, that second is safal, is fruitful, is blessed, is satisfying. Which moment? When gopaal daras bhaytaN. When you have the daras, when you are are blessed with the vision of Gopal, of the one who looks after this universe, Waheguru. bhaytaN. When you are blessed with vision of the Waheguru.

keem na sakaa paa ay sukh mitee hoo baahray.  Keem the value;  na saka payee cannot be found of that moment. sukh mitee hoo baahray you find so much sukh, so much peace, that is mitee hoo baahray that is baahray outside the mitee, all measure. You cannot measure how much peace you get from obtaining the Darshan of Waheguru. naanak saa vaylrhee parvaan jit miland rho maa piree.  Oh Nanak! saa vaylrhee. That moment, that time is parvaan ,is approved by Waheguru in saa vaylrhe in which time? jit miland rho, in which time I am united with my beloved maa piree, my Waheguru, my Akal Purakh.

Guru ji says: saa vaylaa kaho ka un hai jit parabh ka o paa ee. Saa vela, that time,  kaho ka un hai. What is that time? That vaylaa,  which moment, jit that; parabh ka o paa ee. I will find Waheguru.

so moorat bhalaa sanjog hai jit milai gusaa ee.  That moment is blessed, that destiny(sanjog) is blessed thru which I can meet the gusaa ee the lord of this universe, Waheguru, the creater of this universe. aath pahar har Dhi. aa ay 24 hours a day, har Dhi aa ay if you meditate upon the name of Lord, the name of Waheguru;  man ichh pujaa ee, all of your desires of your mind will be fulfilled.

vadai bhaag satsang ho ay niv laagaa paa ee.   Guru ji says by great fortune  vadai bhaag satsan ho ay.  I have found the satsang the true congregation, the congregation of truth, who meditate upon the Satnam. niv laagaa paa ee.  I bow down and I touch their feet.

man darsan kee pi aas hai naanak bal jaa ee. In my mind there is pi aas thirst for the darsan,  vision of Waheguru. Nanak is forever sacrificed to the Waheguru.

Guru Arjan Dev ji is saying that joining the satsangat, and in that moment when you will become one with your beloved, you will be so ecstatic, so full of love, that you will be swept away in his love.
