By Guru’s Grace, I meditate on God, and my doubts are gone.

You are the Remover of the pains of the poor, the Savior, the Compassionate Lord, the Bestower of Mercy.

Remembering the Naam in meditation, the state of eternal dignity is obtained; Nanak has grasped the protection of the Lord, Har, Har. ||4||3||29||

Guru Arjun Devji Maharaj speaks in the Goojri Raag. Guru Arjun Devji says, “Gur Prasaadhee Prabh Dhhiaaeiaa Gee Sa(N)Kaa Thoott.” With the grace of the Guru I have meditated upon Waheguru. What has happened by meditating upon Waheguru? All my doubts have been broken, have gone, have disappeared. Dhukh Anaeraa Bhai Binaasae Paap Geae Nikhoott. Pain, darkness of ignorance, fear have all gone, have all fallen away. All my sins have been taken away. How did this happen? Har Har Naam Kee Man Preeth. It happened because my mind has love for the Name of Waheguru.

Mil Saadhh Bachan Gobi(N)Dh Dhhiaaeae Mehaa Niramal Reeth. I have met with the saints and I have listened to their words. According to their words, according to their instructions I have meditated upon Godind, upon Waheguru. I have realised the Mehaa Niramal Reeth. This is the most pure belief, most pure path.

Rehaao. Guruji says, “Pause and think about this.”

Jaap Thaap Anaek Karanee Safal Simarath Naam. Maharaj says, “All those meditations, all those ways and postures, all those services; they are only satisfied and they are only true if they are done by meditating upon the Name of God.” Kar Anugrahu Aap Raakhae Bheae Pooran Kaam. When Waheguruji blesses us with His mercy, Waheguruji saves us Himself then everything we do, every work we do it becomes fulfilled through God’s grace.

Saas Saas N Bisar Kabehoo(N) Breham Prabh Samarathh. Oh all knowing Waheguru, oh highest of the highest Lord, PLEASE, may I never ever with any of my breath forget you. Gun Anik Rasanaa Kiaa Bakhaanai Aganath Sadhaa Akathh. Waheguruji Your virtues are countless. How can my tongue describe Your glory? Your praises are uncountable and cannot be described by this mere mortal tongue. Dheen Dharadh Nivaar Thaaran Dhaeiaal Kirapaa Karan. You take away the pain of the poor, of the weak. You are kind upon all. You are merciful upon all and you are the one who showers mercy upon all. Attal Padhavee Naam Simaran Dhrirr Naanak Har Har Saran. Guru Arjun Devji says, “You can only achieve the state of eternity and immortality through meditating upon the Naam. Oh Nanak, if you fall into the protection of Hari you have forever become eternal.”

Guru Arjun Devji is telling us today if you follow the instructions and you meditate upon the Naam everything you do will be blessed. May Guruji bless us with the understanding today so that indeed everything we do is blessed.
