Satguru Paadshah Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj, the embodiment in the fifth life of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji says, O Waheguru Ji only from you, you reveal yourself. jaanaa-ihi Literally meaning allow yourself to be understood , known and felt. When you allow yourself, when you feel yourself, taa ko-ee jaanai only then someone can know you, can someone merge with you.

tayraa dee-aa naam vakhaanai.
We vakhaanai meditate upon your Naam, upon your Name which you have dee-aa given to us.

too achraj kudrat tayree bismaa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
O Waheguru Ji you are beautiful, bountiful, wondrous. kudrat tayree bismaa Everything you have created, all this world is inspiring, beautiful. rahaao Guru Ji says pause and think about this.

tuDh aapay kaaran aapay karnaa.
Then Guru Arjan Dev Ji says, O Waheguru you caused everything , you are the cause of everything, you are the root of everything. aapay karnaa And you created everything, you followed that cause.

hukmay jaman hukmay marnaa.
We are born hukmay jaman in your command and we die hukmay marnaa in your command.

naam tayraa man tan aaDhaaree.
Your Naam, your blessed name is aaDhaaree the support of my mind and my body

naanak daas bakhsees tumaaree.
Nanak the slave has this bakhsees blessings of yours. Your blessing of your Naam is a gift that you have given to Nanak, to your slave.

May Guru Sahib bless us today, way we see Waheguru Ji through His kudrat, through His beautiful creation around us and blesses us with that Naam that Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji talks about it today.
